- How to activate the product after completion of my order?
You will receive complete instruction to access our license server. You need order number and email id to access our license system.
- When can I get my product?
You will get the download link by an email after we get the payment confirmation of your order. You can also go to the respective product page and download the product. You may also use our download area to download the product.
- How to contact EPractize Labs support team?
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.You can access our support ticket at http://www.epractizelabs.com/support/.
- Can I install your software on more than one PC?
You are eligible to run the software on two different systems.
- I lost my license key from my email, how do I get it again?
